Our Mission Boston Endo-Surgical Technologies develops and manufactures reusable and disposable medical devices for use in arthroscopic, spinal, sports medicine, and general orthopaedic surgery. BE-ST undertakes sponsored develop-and-manufacture projects for well established health care marketing companies.  We do not market products of our own directly to the end-user. In collaboration with the marketing company and surgeon-investigator we bring our team's expertise to focus on a defined problem, or we can complete the development of an established product concept, then manufacture on behalf of the marketing company.
