Technologies, Inc., announced the appointment of Mr. Paul Vogel
as Operations Director for the Hampton, NH Manufacturing Facility.
Paul
will be responsible for Operations including Customer Service
and Supply Chain Management. Paul reports to Sarah Kalil
President and Chief Operating Officer of the company.
Paul
has been involved in the manufacture of medical devices for the
past 13 years, holding positions in manufacturing engineering,
product development and Manufacturing Management. His experience
includes Sterile Products Packaging and Validation responsibilities.
Paul is a graduate of Stevens Institute of Technology (BSME) and
UMASS Lowell (MS in Manufacturing Management). We are pleased
that Paul has accepted this position with BE-ST™.

Changes in Management.
Hampton,
NH, November 16, 2009 -
Boston Endo-Surgical Technologies, Inc., announced today the appointment
of Ms. Sarah O. Kalil as President & Chief Operating
Officer of the Company.
Sarah
has an extensive background in all facets of the medical device
industry. A technical and operations leader with P&L resonsibility,
and experience in medical startup operations as well as large
scale manufacturing, Sarah has leadership ability to create and
articulate corporate vision and move teams to achieve defined
objectives. Sarah is a graduate of the University of Vermont
with a B.S. in Engineering, and a minor in Business Administration.
She also has exemplary credentials in Quality Assurance
and Regulatory Affairs, as well as in customer service and general
management. We are pleased that Sarah has accepted this important
appointment.
Robert
(Bob) E. Brissette, former President and Founder of BE-ST™ has
retired his operating position, but will continue in the non-operating
role of Chairman of the Board-of-Directors & Chief Executive
Officer of the Company. Ms. Kalil will report to Mr. Brissette.

Boston
Endo-Surgical Technologies, Inc., announced today, the addition
of Meghan H. Kate to their Product Development Team.
Meghan
is a recent graduate of Tufts University with a Master-of-Science
degree in Biomedical Engineering. She completed her undergraduate
studies at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in the same major,
with a minor in Community and Health Psychology. Meghan
was also honored as inductee to Phalanx Honor Society, Rensselaer's
highest regarded honor society, recognizing students, faculty,
and staff that have distinguished themselves in the areas of leadership
and service.
Meghans
responsibilities at BE-ST will include design of new products,
working with clinicians during the development process, prototyping,
and management of clinical trials as necessary. She will
also provide support to manufacturing with documentation necessary
for production, and the development and validation of processes
and procedures. She will also be responsible for compiling
and managing Technical Files, Device Master Records, and Design
History Files in compliance with ISO 13485, MDD, and FDA requirement.

Boston Endo-Surgical Technologies, Inc., together with Loubert
S. Suddaby, M.D., Neurosurgeon and Sunil Bakshi, Attorney, both
from Buffalo, NY, have formed SPINUS, LLC, a joint venture.
SPINUS will develop, manufacture and market innovative medical
devices for neurological and orthopaedic spinal surgery.
SPINUS will distribute products directly to hospitals and physicians
through a national network of independent distributors and their
sales representatives.

BE-ST entered into an agreement with Keyway Orthopaedics
LLC, headed by James D. Driscoll, CEO. Keyway will
market products for spinal surgery, and BE-ST will be the development
and manufacturing arm for Keyway. Keyway was founded by
Michael D. Mason, D.O., practicing Orthopaedic Surgeon from Boston's
New England Baptist Hospital. Dr. Mason will be the principal
investigator of product ideas conceived by him for development
and subsequent sale through Keyway. BE-ST will be an equity
partner in Keyway Orthopaedics.

BE-ST entered into an agreement with NeuroMAX LLC,
headed by Loubert Suddaby, M.D., practicing Neurosurgeon from
Buffalo, New York. NeuroMAX will market products for spinal
surgery, and BE-ST will be the development and manufacturing arm
for NeuroMAX. Dr. Suddaby will be the principal investigator
of product ideas conceived by him for development and subsequent
sale through NeuroMAX. BE-ST will be an equity partner in

addition of Wayne M. Stanley to their senior
staff as the company's Director of Business Development.
Wayne comes to BE-ST with an impressive background in the medical
device field. He has held positions in medical sales for
leading orthopaedic companies including Sofamor Danek, Stryker
Corp, and others. Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science Degree
in Mechanical Engineering, and earlier in his career has worked
in intense hi-tech engineering environments, later to become involved
in sales, always applying his engineering background to the problems
and opportunities presented. Wayne has extensive experience
in the field of spinal surgery, a field that BE-ST is endeavoring
to become a recognized player.

Today,
BE-ST entered into an agreement with orthopaedic surgeon,
Peter Ameglio, M.D., to develop, manufacture, and market
a new and exciting surgical device which will enable accurate
and predictable Calcaneal Osteotomy surgery. Dr. Ameglio
believes a more accurate approach to the present method of performing
this surgery would result in more predictable results and a shorter
operative time. The Calcaneal Osteotomy Device will incorporate
an accurate saw guide, a precision mechanism to offset the cancaleus
to its desired position, and a drill guide to fixate the osteotomy,
with a single placement of the device.
Dr.
Ameglio specializes in Foot & Ankle surgery, and works out
of Exeter Hospital in Exeter, New Hampshire, as part of Integrated
Orthopaedics. He is a member of the American Academy of
Orthopaedic Surgeons, and has completed his fellowship at the
Portland Foot & Ankle Center in Portland, ME, under Dr. Gregory

the launching of its revamped web site, designed by Braveheart
Design, Inc., in Pelham, New Hampshire. The new web site
includes information about the company, as well as information
about the kind of products and services offered.
Future
improvements planned for the company's web site include supply
chain management tools to enable customers to directly access
the status of inventory located at BE-ST, as well as other secure
and confidential information pertinent to the specific BE-ST/Customer
relationship.

Boston Endo-Surgical Technologies, Inc., of Hampton, NH has recently
relocated to larger facilities in the beautiful
seacoast region of New Hampshire. We are within a one-hour drive
of Boston’s Logan International Airport, and thirty minutes
from airports in Manchester, New Hampshire and Portland, Maine.
Our new facility includes expanded manufacturing capabilities,
a significantly larger Class 10,000 clean room, fully networked
